Administrative Operations Early Retirement Benefits Membership Provisions Miscellaneous Public Safety Employee Benefit Retirement Eligibility Service Credit Purchase

Amends the Municipal Police Pension Law (Act 600 of 1955) to allow members of a municipal police pension plan to purchase full service credit for up to five years of previous part-time service.
