Administrative Operations Fiduciary Responsibility Membership Provisions Miscellaneous Normal Retirement Benefits
Amends the Public Employee Pension Forfeiture Act (Act 140 of 1978) to expand the criminal offenses that would require the forfeiture of benefits to any criminal offense classified as a felony or punishable by a term of imprisonment exceeding five years.
House Bill 939 is a re-introduction of House Bill 17 of the 2015-2016 Legislative Session, which was passed out of the House and referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
