Synopsis:

Amends the Public School Code of 1949 (Act 14 of 1949) to permit members of PSERS who are part of an official United States delegation for athletic competition an extended leave of absence up to 90 calendar days. During the leave of absence, employees would retain membership in PSERS and continue to accrue benefits.
