Amends the Protecting Pennsylvania's Investments Act (Act 44 of 2010) to require divestiture by the State Employees' Retirement System and the Public School Employees' Retirement System of investments in companies boycotting Israel. Within 90 days after the effective date of the bill, all companies boycotting Israel in which the State Employees' Retirement Fund, the Public School Employees' Retirement Fund, or the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement Fund have direct holdings must be identified. Such companies would include those that engage in actions that are politically motivated and are intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on or otherwise limit commercial relations with the State of Israel or companies based in the State of Israel or in territories controlled by the State of Israel.
