Employee Contributions Membership Provisions Miscellaneous Normal Retirement Benefits Retirement Eligibility

Amends the Public Official Compensation Law (P.L. 160, No. 39) which establishes salaries and compensation for certain public officials and certain expenses of the members of the General Assembly. Beginning December 1, 2020, the salary of the General Assembly will be $25,000 per annum and no health care benefits, retirement benefits, insurance benefits or other employee benefits or compensation will be allowed, except actual expenses that my be reimbursable to an individual member upon the receipt of documentation. Each member of the General Assembly will receive an allocation for clerical and other expenses incurred during their term in connection with the duties of the member's office.
