Amends the Public School Employees Retirement Code (24 Pa.C.S.) and the State Employees' Retirement Code (71 Pa.C.S.) to make technical corrections to certain sections added or amended by Act 5 of 2017. In addition, the legislation adds provisions for nonparticipating employer liability under the Public Employees' Retirement Code.
