Employer Contributions Miscellaneous Studies

Would establish the Keystone Solvency Operating Study Commission and provide for its powers and duties. The goal of the Commission is to examine solvency and cash flow issues facing the Commonwealth. Among the items to be examined is how insolvency proceedings would affect the state in making its pension obligation payments to both SERS and PSERS as well as how the impacts on the systems and their ability to deliver benefits to annuitants.
