Amending Titles 24 (Education) and 71 (State Government) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to allow for spousal consent for a retirement public employee choosing how his/her pension benefits are to be paid. Designates spouses of married members as the first payable party upon death unless otherwise designated.
