Actuarial Reporting Miscellaneous

Would amend the Municipal Pension Plan Funding Standard and Recovery Act to include certain regional planning commissions under the definition of "municipality." Regional planning commissions would qualify if they are not part of a county government, have a separate pension system for employees and have employees that are not county employees. The act would take effect in 60 days upon enactment.
