Retirement Eligibility
Amends the State Employees' Retirement Code (Title 71) to remove new employees of the Susquehanna River Basin Commission from the list of employees who are eligible to participate in SERS. Also removes retirement eligibility for employees of the Interstate Commission of the Delaware River Basin Commission.
