Post Retirement Adjustments Public Safety Employee Benefit

Provides for cost-of-living adjustments for State Police Officers who have retired prior to July 1, 2010. Increases would be for $1,000 (retired between July 1, 2000 and June 30, 2010); $2,000 (July 1, 1990 to June 30, 2000) or $3,000 (on or prior to June 30, 1990). These adjustments would be applied to payments beginning July 1, 2023.
