The Independent Fiscal Office released five-year projections for General Fund revenues and expenditures. The Fiscal Outlook: FY 2025-26 to 2030-31 projects the surplus or deficits that result from those projections and the ending balances for the General Fund (i.e., any surplus carried forward) and Rainy Day Fund.
