Fiduciary Responsibility Investments

Requires public funds of the Commonwealth, including SERS, PSERS, PMRS and the State Treasury, to divest holdings related to assault weapons manufacturers. The funds are required to identify manufacturers of assault weapons (as defined), contact those in which the fund has direct holdings, and provides guidance to divest holdings from companies based on company actions to those inquiries.
