Alternative Retirement Plans
Amends County Pension Law (Act 96 of 1971) by establishing the County Employees' Defined Contribution Plan. Legislation would allow for counties to develop and implement defined benefit contribution plans, and contract with fund managers. Sets up standards for the plans, specific plans to be determined by individual counties.
