Post Retirement Adjustments Public Safety Employee Benefit

Mandates that municipal retirement systems administer an additional benefit (cost of living adjustment) to individuals who served as municipal uniformed police officers and firefighters, and provides the methodology to calculate that additional benefit and limitations on the additional benefits. Provides methodology for the Auditor General to provide reimbursement to the municipality impacted.
