Fiduciary Responsibility

Would require trustee, board members or any other elected or appointed official or designee (defined as a "state fiduciary") who stands in a fiduciary relationship to a public pension fund or state fund to attend training. Training requirements would include two hours within one year of appointment or election into the position, and then one hour annually after.
