Administrative Operations Membership Provisions Miscellaneous Public Safety Employee Benefit Service Credit Purchase

Amends the State Employees' Retirement Code (Title 71) to allow a member of the Pennsylvania State Police to purchase up to five years of nonstate service credit for previous service as a municipal police officer.
