Public Safety Employee Benefit Retirement Eligibility
Would add Game Commission Officers (State Game Wardens) to the list of "Enforcement Officers" as defined by statute. Would make these individuals eligible for superannuation at age 50 or 55 depending on date of initial employment. Would not apply to Deputy Game Commission Officers.
