Public Safety Employee Benefit

Would allow for employees who serve as Installation Police Officers at the PA Department of Military and Veteran's Affairs Ft. Indiantown Gap facility (and other qualifying facilities) to qualify as "enforcement officers" under the State Retirement Code. This would provide for early ages of superannuation (age 50/55 depending on when the individual was first hired under this title).
