Actuarial Reporting Studies

Would change due dates associated with annual stress test reports. SERS stress test would be required to be published by October 1 (currently July 1) of each year, and sent to the Governor, the General Assembly and the Independent Fiscal Office (IFO). The IFO's report, as detailed in statute, would then be due by December 1 (currently September 1).
