Public Safety Employee Benefit Retirement Eligibility

Would allow for commissioned police officers employed at the PA Department of Corrections, Bureau of Investigations and Intelligence to qualify as "enforcement officers" under the State Retirement Code. This would provide for early ages of superannuation (age 50/55 depending on when the individual was first hired under this title).
